The absurd but emotive allegation that President Bashar al-Assad gassed his own people - including "beautiful babies" - in Khan Sheikhoun, Syria, has been used as a pretext to push the world closer to a global conflagration between the superpowers. However, an MIT professor has proved that the 'evidence' purporting to 'prove' that the Assad regime perpetrated a gassing attack not only fails to do so, but is so obviously shoddy that no intelligence analyst worth his salt would have signed off on the 'evidence'. Given that there surely are capable analysts within the various US intelligence agencies, this raises the question of why they had no say in the matter. The only possible conclusion is that so-called 'intelligence', as with Saddam's alleged WMD, is yet again being politicized and use to make the case for war.
Dr. Theodore Postol's three reports can be read in full at this link, and note that in the video below at 7:43, Dr. Postol says, "And then there needs to be a second investigation. This would be an American investigation. And we need an investigation into how such a false intelligence report could be generated at the highest levels of our government."
The four-page White House report that allegedly 'proves' use of chemical weapons by the Assad regime on April 4, 2017, is available here. This declassified report on a "Chemical Weapons Attack" was issued on April 11. As Dr. Postol says, if we suppose that the evidence of Assad responsibility is genuine and has not been faked or tampered with, then it actually refutes Assad responsibility by proving that a sarin tube was placed on the ground by individuals on the ground, rather than sarin being delivered by an airplane. Given that the tube that might have been used to deliver the sarin has been crushed and flattened by a powerful downwards explosive force from the outside rather than exploded by a munition within it, the most likely scenario is that an explosive charge was placed above a sarin-containing pipe by an individual or individuals on the ground and detonated. The explosion ruptured the sarin pipe, drove it into the ground and created the crater.
And if the evidence of an allegedly exploded sarin-filled pipe has been faked or tampered with, then the conclusion is the same. The incident was a false-flag attack, aimed at proving Western nations with a casus belli for "regime change" by making it seem as if Assad had "gassed his own people".
Dr. Postol states:
"No competent analyst would assume that the crater cited as the source of the sarin attack was unambiguously an indication that the munition came from an aircraft. No competent analyst would assume that the photograph of the carcass of the sarin canister was in fact a sarin canister. Any competent analyst would have had questions about whether the debris in the crater was staged or real. No competent analyst would miss the fact that the alleged sarin canister was forcefully crushed from above, rather than exploded by a munition within it."
He goes on to say:
"The question that needs to be answered by our nation is how was the president initially misled about such a profoundly important intelligence finding? A second equally important question is how did the White House produce an intelligence report that was obviously flawed and amateurish that was then released to the public and never corrected? The same false information in the intelligence report issued by the White House on August 30, 2013 was emphatically provided by Secretary of State John Kerry in testimony to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee!
"We again have a situation where the White House has issued an obviously false, misleading and amateurish intelligence report.
"The Congress and the public have been given reports in the name of the intelligence community about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, technical evidence supposedly collected by satellite systems that any competent scientists would know is false, and now from photographs of the crater that any analyst who has any competent at all would not trust as evidence."
There is absolutely no credible evidence that Assad was responsible for a nerve agent attack at Khan Sheikhoun on or around April 4, 2017. The Trump regime has failed to provide any such evidence, after more than two weeks. And yet the Trump regime decided to act as judge, jury and executioner, and within a mere three days launched an illegal act of aggression against a sovereign state without a UN resolution to authorise military force, and without Congressional approval.
Dr. Bashar al-Assad is a highly-educated president who used to be a doctor. He studied medicine at the prestigious Damascus University and received a degree as a general practitioner after six years. From 1988 to 1992 he studied ophthalmology at the Tishrin military hospital in Damascus, and then went to London for further studies as an eye doctor. And we are supposed to believe a ludicrous, false narrative in which, days after Trump administration officials indicated that the US was not focusing on regime change in Syria, and just as Assad is winning the military fight against ISIS and the rebels with help from Russia and Iran, he loses his mind, turns into a mad doctor who kills babies for fun, and practically signs his own death warrant by handing his opponents a pretext with which to depose him and have him tried for crimes against humanity.
On December 7 and 8, 2016, Assad was quoted as saying, "It's true that Aleppo will be a win for us, but let's be realistic, it won't mean the end of the war in Syria. But it will be a huge step towards this end." A few days later, Syrian forces retook Aleppo in what was described as "the biggest victory against rebels in almost six years of civil war".
On Thursday March 30, 2017, Nikki Haley, US ambassador to the UN, said that Washington's priority was not to focus on removing Assad, but to work with powers such as Russia and Turkey towards a political settlement. On the same day, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said that the Syrian people would decide Assad's fate. With Trump admin officials signalling that the US isn't going to press for "regime change", a leader of Assad's experience and education is hardly going to make the biggest blunder of his life, turning international opinion against him.
On April 20, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov asked how members of the "White Helmets" managed to stay unharmed by sarin in Khan Sheikhoun, while they were "hustling and bustling inside sarin clouds with no protective gear on". Earlier, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Director General Ahmet Uzumcu had said the analytical results were "incontrovertible", and sarin gas or a sarin-like substance had been used in the chemical weapons attack at Khan Sheikhoun. Konashenkov said that "not a single OPCW representative was seen" in Khan Sheikhoun in the previous two weeks. He asked where the samples came from, and added, "Who of the OPCW members was able to study them so fast while standard procedures stipulate a complex research which requires time, as we can see in the case of mustard gas use in Aleppo?"
Whilst pointing out that the OPCW was founded as an impartial and responsible international organization, and one which should therefore base its statements and conclusions on scientific methods rather than political motivations, the Russian General added, "Although independent experts do not believe that anyone could have remained unharmed in a sarin gas attack, nevertheless, maybe Mr. Uzumcu has created his own periodic table of elements instead of Mendeleev’s one?"

This video also has a very clear view, and interestingly, says [0:31] that "until a little while ago, we could not come close to this point, as the toxic smell was still present". Sarin is odorless in a pure form, and so people can be exposed to it without becoming aware until symptoms develop.
The puppets change but the puppeteers remain the same. If people haven't wised-up to the identity of the puppeteers by now, they probably never will. Suffice to say that there is only one group that controls the banks and the legacy media, and who have people sent to jail in many countries simply for criticizing their lies and deceptions. And it isn't the Arabs, it isn't the Vatican, it isn't the Russians, it isn't the Chinese...
